We collect your device location (GPS) at the time of marking attendance to verify your presence at the workplace or designated area. Location is collected only when you actively mark attendance and not continuously in the background.

c. Usage Information

We collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and login timestamps for performance and security monitoring. We also display the online/offline status of employees based on their recent activity in the app.

To mark and verify attendance based on your location.
To manage user accounts and profiles.
To display employee status (online/offline) and directory list.
To ensure the security and integrity of our system.
To improve app functionality and user experience.
To communicate important updates or technical notices.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your data may be shared only in the following cases:

With your employer or organization for attendance and HR management purposes.
With service providers who assist in operating our app (e.g., hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality.

You can deny location permission (note: attendance features may not function without it).
